Lisa Rowan received her bachelor of science degree in nursing from Emory University in 1990. She received her law degree, cum laude, from Oklahoma City University in May 2000. Previously, she was a Registered Nurse with over eight years of experience in critical care nursing. She also served for two years as a Risk Manager for Sisters of St. Mary's Health Care.
