Jennifer M. Eberle is a passionate Tennessee Trial Attorney with nearly
20 years of experience in complex matters of health care liability and
litigation. At Kinnard Clayton & Beveridge, she focuses her practice
on representing victims and families in cases involving
medical malpractice, hospital and health care liability, and
A Tennessee native who hails from Clarksville, Jennifer attended Austin
Peay State University, where she was active in local politics and campaigns,
before earning her Juris Doctorate with honors from the University of
Memphis, Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law.
Jennifer’s passion for the law and its implications on health care
has been shaped by her work in politics, as well as countless hours spent
in hospitals watching a close family member combat a chronic illness.
Rather than running for office or becoming a doctor, Jennifer chose law
as her means of helping people protect their rights and futures –
especially in the field of medical malpractice.

Jennifer’s career is a testament to her unwavering work ethic and
meticulous attention to detail. With nearly two decades of experience
representing hospital systems, individual physicians, and other health
care providers, Jennifer has litigated numerous medical liability cases
involving powerful corporate entities in counties across Tennessee, and
has served as local counsel in large-scale medical device and product
liability claims, as well as multi-district pharmaceutical cases.
With her personal and professional background, Jennifer leverages invaluable
insight into the health care industry, complex medical concepts, and health
care regulatory and liability issues for the benefit of victims harmed
by negligent medical professionals and unsafe pharmaceutical devices.
Her professionalism in and out of the courtroom, as well as her detail-oriented
and personalized approach, have earned her the respect of colleagues,
and the trust of clients in need of diligent and determined legal representation.
When not advocating for clients, Jennifer is an avid runner who enjoys
staying active. She has run over 20 half marathons and 2 full marathons,
and enjoys indoor cycling at a local studio owned by her husband.
