Jessica J. Kinnard
Passionate Advocacy. Personalized Representation.
Jessica J. Kinnard is a Nashville native who grew up watching her father
fight for the injured and the wronged and has leveraged what she’s
learned to create a reputation of her own. At the firm, she represents
clients in a range of injury and civil litigation cases, including those
car accidents, health care,
birth injury, and
Jessica’s practice is driven by her passion to help people and protect
their rights, especially average, everyday citizens who find themselves
in vulnerable situations, and parties to legal battles against some of
the most powerful and profit-driven corporations.
In addition to leveraging her legal insight, Jessica has cultivated an
extensive working knowledge of the areas in which she practices, including
complex fields of medicine, health care, and engineering. This allows
her to understand where the negligence occurred and why, and how to best
represent her clients. Her ability to look at the humanity and psychology
of events surrounding her clients’ claims further allows her to
express them perceptively before the court and jurors.
Jessica is an invaluable asset to
Kinnard, Clayton & Beveridge, and truly caring and compassionate advocate committed to helping clients
obtain a sense of closure as much as full and fair compensation. She prioritizes
personal attention and takes the time to explain the law to victims and
families to help them feel empowered in the process.
When not passionately pursuing justice for her clients, Jessica can be
found outdoors hiking and traveling, or enjoying her singing, music, and books.
